Refund policy
#1. ALL SALES FINAL POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
By placing an order with Squishy Store, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable except where required by applicable law.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Buyer remorse
- Ordering the wrong item
- Dissatisfaction with color, texture, or appearance where the product substantially matches its description
- Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
In limited circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement product if:
- The item arrives damaged;
- The item arrives defective; or
- The wrong item was delivered.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence supporting the claim.
We reserve the right to deny any claim that we determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported by sufficient evidence.
Any replacement provided shall constitute the customer's sole and exclusive remedy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no cash refunds will be issued.
